About

On this page, you can access some of the research done by The Institute. One of these is a standalone paper, such as ACES_001: Public Funding, Music, and Sub-Prime Culture in The Netherlands, which looks at the public funding of the performing arts in The Netherlands. ACES_003: Composition Competitions 2010, which takes an economic and statistical look at the phenomena of composition competitions was originally written as a standalone paper, published on this website, but was then re-printed in The New Fordist Organization's "The New Fordist Manifesto" Residency Report which can be found online at the link provided; the original digital version is kept up here for ease-of-reference, but the reader is directed towards the Residency Report, as there were several layout improvements. The third paper ACES_004: A New Fordist Guide To Painting With Acrylics is only available in the Residency Report and presents the results of The New Fordist Organization's research into the ergonomics of painting with acrylics from their residency at GEMAK in The Hague in 2013.
